Аннотация: С ускорением новой технологической промышленной революции стремительно развиваются такие передовые технологии, как облачные вычисления, большие данные, интернет вещей, мобильные технологии и искусственный интеллект. Применение новых технологий порождает множество новых вызовов в управлении предприятиями, что требует их преобразования и оптимизации концепции построения «умного предприятия», основанного на обработке больших данных. В статье рассмотрен опыт Dadu River Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. применения новых технологий в управлении компанией, который позволил значительно повысить безопасность эксплуатации гидроэлектростанций и улучшить экономическую эффективность их работы.

Abstract: The Dadu River Basin is an important part of the Yangtze River flood control system. The river’s average annual runoff is comparable to that of the Yellow River, amounting to approximately 50 billion cubic meters. Over a stretch of 1,062 square kilometers, the river has a natural elevation drop of 4,175 meters. The basin is rich inwater resources, with its potential hydropower development capacity estimated at about 30 million kilowatts, making this region one of the five largest hydropower bases in China. Dadu River Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as «Dadu Company») was established in 2000 with the aim of developing the water resources of the Dadu River Basin. The company is responsible for the development andmanagement of 17 cascade hydropower stations along the main stream of the Dadu River, with a total installed capacity of about 17.6 million kilowatts, accounting for approximately 70% of the planned capacity along this section of the river. As of the end of 2020, Dadu Company had commissioned 8 hydropower stations along the main stream of the river: Houziyan, Daganshan, Pubugou, Shensigou, Zhenba Level 1, Shaping Level 2, Gongzui, and Tongzeci, with a total capacity of about 11.1 million kilowatts.
